More choice. More clarity. Better alignment.
Built from experience. Designed for independence.
Vincenzo Nova built his career inside the captive model, where he developed his experience in sales, leadership, and hundreds of conversations with families over Zoom — often while they sat around their own kitchen tables making decisions about their future.
The more experience he gained, the more one limitation became clear: when the options are fixed before the conversation begins, the client is being asked to fit the product instead of the product fitting the client.
Vince did not want to leave insurance. He wanted to practice it differently.
That is why Nova was built around a simple idea: start with the client, not the carrier.
As an independently licensed producer working with multiple carriers, Vince can begin with a family's health, goals, budget and priorities, then help them understand the options available to consider.
Because protecting a family deserves more than a sales pitch. It deserves the right conversation.
A policy is a promise someone else may one day have to keep. My work is helping clients understand their options, find coverage suited to their needs, and understand what they are applying for before anything is signed.
Every line, and the reason to use it.
Availability varies by insurer, state and eligibility. Vincenzo confirms what applies to you, and says plainly when a need falls outside what he can help with.
Understand. Compare. Protect.
Three stages, in order. The first two cost you one phone call and nothing else.

Protection should feel personal.
A decision this permanent deserves more than a preset package.
Your policy is paperwork. What it protects is everything.
Why independence mattersIndependence should apply to your career too.
Training that goes deep on product and underwriting. Live cases reviewed with the founder. Support pursuing carrier contracting once you are licensed. And long-term client relationships you build yourself, subject to the terms of the applicable carrier and contracting agreements.
Licensed, or not yet licensed. Both paths begin with the same conversation.
